This short 45min podcast is all about the shoulders & arms - opening, strengthening & connecting to the pranic body! We will begin with a gentle marma shoulder, arm & hand massage & work towards Pincha Mayurasana prep. When the heart & small intestine energy lines are optimally functioning we have increased vitality, passion & can radiate & bloom form the heart!
