This recorded practice is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and reclaim your energy in a world that constantly pulls it outward.
Designed especially for givers, people-pleasers and those who find themselves over-extending, this class explores how to move and live with greater balance through the yogic principles of Brahmacharya — the wise and sustainable use of life force — and Aparigraha — the practice of non-over-giving and releasing what is not yours to carry.
The physical practice begins with gentle, conscious shoulder mobility to release stored tension and free the flow of energy through the upper body. From there, we build strength and support through the arms and shoulders, paired with heart-opening backbends that encourage openness without collapse — reminding us that we can be open, caring and connected without becoming depleted.
The session opens with a grounding meditation to help you gather scattered energy and call it back home, and closes with a deeply restful integration so you finish feeling centred, supported and replenished.
Return to this practice whenever your shoulders feel heavy, your energy feels stretched thin, or you need a gentle reminder that your life force is sacred — and worth using with care.
