This 90 min mixed level vinyasa class was recorded the evening following the full moon in Aug '10. It is a class that is bathed in the auspicious lunar energies of inner wisdom, balance, creativity and playfulness. With lots of heart and hip opening to allow the lunar love to flow! You may need a yoga block as we include Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon) and maybe a blanket or padding for some kneeling poses.
