A 30 min grounding practice that will pacify and reduce the Vata dosha.
In the Autum we accumulate the cold, damp, light qualities that canlead to imbalances in our body mind. We might feel it in the drying of our skin and hair, aggravated arthritis and IBS, agitated fast mind and feelings of anxiousness. This practice aims to move at a slow steady pace and provide balance, stability and clear steady focus to pacify this seasonal tendancy.
