Inspired by a recent yoga holiday with the wonderful Liz Lark and being present for teachings and a public talk with the Dalai Lama this intermediate level class encourages us to cultivate an 'attitude of gratitude' for every breath! It was recorded on the eve following the new moon and the wisdom surrounding the Gemini moon comes from www.rebekashaman.com and the beautiful poem at the end of the class comes from Thich Nhat Hanh's book Breathe - You are alive!
